Job Description
1. Team Leadership: Lead the training team with vision and passion, developing and integrating learning objectives and training standards in the field of machining technology.
2. CNC Training: Share your extensive technical knowledge with apprentices and new specialists in a practical, hands-on manner, equipping them with the tools they need for daily work in our precision manufacturing processes.
3. Establish a State-of-the-Art CNC Training Facility: Build and shape a modern, cutting-edge training environment.
4. Development and Innovation: Create new training content and strategies while integrating innovative approaches.
5. Mentoring: Support apprentices and new employees in reaching their goals and realizing their full potential through feedback, performance checks, and an open-door policy.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with our apprenticeship training team and technical departments to ensure alignment and shared goals.
Qualifications
1. Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector with extensive expertise in machining technology.
2. Several years of solid practical experience in CNC manufacturing.
3. Passion and talent for teaching, fostering learning processes, and nurturing talent, with a strong interest in innovative training methods and youth development.
4. Outstanding communication skills, high empathy, and assertiveness.
5. Structured and independent work style, strong teamwork, and leadership skills.
6. Excellent command of German, both written and spoken.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000 to € 4.500.
