The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our global employer branding efforts. As the Manager of Global Employer Branding, you will be responsible for implementing a global strategy that positions the company as an attractive employer.
This role is crucial for attracting and retaining talent and strengthening the company culture. You will work closely with Corporate Marketing to develop a global employer branding strategy and provide input to ensure its successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform global employer branding strategies
* Develop and implement global employer branding campaigns using digital media, events, and AI
* Build and maintain a strong employer brand that reflects the company's values and culture
* Support recruitment teams in developing and attracting top talent
* Monitor and analyze employer branding effectiveness and report progress to the VP People Development & Culture
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of experience in employer branding in a global role (at least EMEA) and in the development and implementation of branding strategies
* Creativity and innovation, along impressive communication and presentation abilities
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
* International mindset and fluent in English

Please note that the minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59,776.98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
