Your mission
As an Account Representative, you are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. You actively drive revenue and market penetration by convincing potential clients of our innovative solutions and providing targeted consulting to existing customers. Your work directly contributes to revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term business development.
What you do:
* Identify and approach new customers while building long-term business relationships.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
* Advise and support existing customers to fully leverage cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Independently present our solutions with technical expertise at customer meetings, trade fairs, and events.
* Create and negotiate offers in collaboration with pre-sales teams until contract closure.
* Maintain and utilize the CRM system to record and analyze customer data and sales processes.
* Participate in relevant industry events and networks to explore new market opportunities.
Your profile
* Completed studies in a commercial or technical field or equivalent professional experience.
* Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the software sector for social organizations or the public sector.
* Proven success in acquiring new customers as well as managing and developing existing client relationships.
* Confident handling of complex tenders and customer-specific requirements.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills at eye level with decision-makers.
* Independent work ethic, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation.
* High customer orientation and enthusiasm for building sustainable business relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven analysis.
* Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for networking events and trade fairs.
