About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Investment Manager to oversee our investments across all Above The Line (ATL) media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing multi-million dollar budgets across TV, radio, print, outdoor, and other traditional media platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure that every dollar spent drives maximum brand visibility, engagement, and return on investment. Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive investment strategies tailored for ATL media channels.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, strategy) and external partners to ensure media investments support broader campaign goals.
* Translate client briefs into actionable media plans that meet reach, frequency, and impact objectives.
* Present investment strategies, performance reports, and campaign insights clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
* Provide strategic input on channel selection, audience targeting, and optimal flighting strategies across TV, radio, print, OOH, and cinema.
* Oversee multi-million dollar media budgets with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
* Ensure media spend is allocated effectively and transparently, balancing cost efficiencies with strategic impact.
* Monitor campaign performance using media metrics (e.g. reach, CPM, GRPs, frequency) and make in-flight optimisations as needed.
* Manage relationships with media owners, publishers, and agency trading desks. Negotiate premium placements, bonus inventory, and value-added opportunities.
* Guide and support junior team members in media planning and execution.
Skills & Experience needed for this role
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in investment management, media planning, or a related role within the advertising/media industry.
* Demonstrated success in managing large-scale media budgets and achieving targeted outcomes across ATL channels.
* In-depth understanding of the ATL media landscape, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Proficient in data analytics and performance measurement tools to drive strategic decisions.
