As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for divisional controller and business manager roles at various seniority levels.
The aim of the divisional controller and business manager IT is to be a focal point for all questions related to economical and commercial aspects in the area of IT for KA and KPC. He oversees impacts related to changes in the composition of the IT Services in terms of quality and quantity. The Divisional Controller is the interface to the Financial Department in terms of providing input necessary for planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Within IT, he is responsible for the collection and controlling of the IT budgets for both, run and change.
Divisional Controller / Business Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Planning and Controlling: Define, implement, and execute processes for cost optimization and efficiency.
2. Profitability Analysis: Monitor and analyze profitability for Change- and Run-the-Bank IT, including benefit analysis post-implementation.
3. Investment Evaluation: Develop frameworks and processes for economic and commercial evaluation of investments.
4. IT Controlling Organization: Implement processes for IT controlling along the value chain and lifecycle, including cost accounting and benchmarks during procurement.
5. Commercial Management: Drive and manage commercial aspects during RfP processes, contract/SLA negotiations, and support IT Operations with IT asset management.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for IT controlling, service performance, and IT cost management, ensuring compliance and performance standards.
Requirements
1. Enjoy working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility and the desire to create solutions and actively manage opinion-forming.
2. Bachelor or Master in business administration with a focus on business management / controlling or legal background.
3. Analytical thinking, knowledge of tools and techniques supporting effective setup of IT Controlling function.
4. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in IT Controlling Department within a Bank or IT Services Provider for senior role.
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
