Modalis TMS Specialists offers non-invasive MRI-guided Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) that can improve the treatment options for many conditions, including pain management, psychiatry (depression, OCD, PTSD) and rehabilitation.
We are looking for a customer service-driven, proactive Administration Assistant with strong communication and administrative skills to join our growing team to start on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for patients, practitioners and medical staff.
2. Provide support to patients and other staff members.
3. Creating new patients and booking appointments.
4. Billing Medicare, DVA, ADF and third parties.
5. Billing patients and processing claims.
6. Banking reference and consolidation.
7. Other clerical duties.
8. Be part of and contribute to a team environment.
9. Any other administration duties as directed by the Admin Coordinator.
Selection Criteria
1. 1 to 2 years of Health administration experience.
2. Desired knowledge of Power Diary or other medical software.
3. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and ability to quickly learn other required software.
4. Knowledge of the Mental Health industry is desirable.
5. Having an up-to-date knowledge of PBS, DVA and Medicare process.
