* Collaborate with regional teams to leverage local new business opportunities and increase sustainable sales growth.

* Cross-functional collaboration with global sales operations teams to develop digital solutions for market penetration.
* Apply comprehensive knowledge of marketing and product strategies to assist local sales teams with compelling positioning strategies.
About You
* We seek a unique talent with 2+ years of experience in new business development or a similar role, preferably related to luxury and lifestyle fashion.
* The ideal candidate has proven success in B2B sales or similar roles and knowledge of digital selling, marketing, social media marketing, and product strategies.
* Experience in supporting sales teams with background in B2B and B2C channels is also desired.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing & Management or a related degree is required.
* Knowledge about Swarovski's B2B business model, customer profile, fashion industry, and market dynamics would be an advantage.
* Strong market research background is also desirable.
* Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages are a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and CRM Sales tool - Microsoft Dynamics, is required.
* Visual design proficiency is also necessary.
* Team orientation, proactive thinking, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships are also required.
* Willingness to travel (up to 20%) to European countries is necessary.
