Maintain an overview of the entire PCO/TCM portfolio to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet set goals. Conceptualize, moderate, and document cross-departmental PCO measures from idea creation through business case approval to shop floor implementation. Ensure sustainability and effectiveness of initiated changes through regular joint Gemba Walks / product audits on the shopfloor. Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) in the context of change management with the goal of sustainable digital harmonization. Train on PCO/TCM methods and tools such as Value Engineering, Value Analysis, and defined processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead a team comprising (local) experts in plants (functional/technical) and headquarter staff (disciplinary). Prepare and present work results transparently, including capturing and presenting relevant KPI/CIP figures and compliance requirements. Ensure clear communication and engagement with key stakeholders to build transparency and gain support for PCO initiatives. YOUR PROFILE You have successfully completed technical and/or business education (f.e. university of applied sciences, university), ideally with a focus on project management, transformation or innovation. You have sound knowledge of CIP and at least three years of professional experience with methods such as value analysis, value engineering, lean management, etc. You demonstrate your strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and structured way of working. You use creativity and innovation for product/process optimization to achieve a significant increase in efficiency. You use your extensive experience in process, change or transformation management to make a significant contribution to the company's profit. You understand new ideas and challenge these in a proactive manner to follow our targets.
