In this role, you’ll enhance/harden an already initiated data-based risk management system for selected quality-relevant processes in a FMCG life cycle. By initiating, improving, and aligning within Global Quality management you’ll form the framework for future-oriented data-based risk management.
You’ll get the opportunity to work with our internal partners on data using state-of-the-art technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You’ll manage the assessment and roll out of reliability management tailored to selected processes. You’ll define the risk management framework with the team, including key risk indicators and quality tolerance levels for selected processes.
2. You’ll proactively communicate data monitoring and managing process risks to raise risk awareness. As a result of this, the application of central statistical monitoring results and pattern analysis will be key for quality improvement processes.
3. Furthermore, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the establishment of appropriate and transparent documentation. Moreover, you’ll act as an internal partner along the value chain with best-in-class examples for risk management applications.
4. 2 years of professional experience in quality management in an international food or packaging FMCG environment.
5. First professional experience in risk and business continuity management, and p with proven results in risk assessment in production, technology or innovation are a benefit.
6. An analytical mind, able to isolate key issues and plan major initiatives to minimize problems and exploit opportunities.
7. An open-mind pragmatist to assess and anticipate the benefits of best-in-class results independently of industrial or scientific sectors.
8. Good project management skills with a definite “completer/finisher” mentality.
9. Very good knowledge of MS Office.
10. Experience in SAP preferred.
11. Very good knowledge in STATISTICA or similar of statistic programs, preferred e.g. R or Python.
