In this role, you’ll collaborate with a small and dynamic team to work on the development of small to medium-sized software projects, including spike solutions, integrations, and extensions to existing products.

Support Pilot Projects: Assist in the implementation and evaluation of pilot projects to test new concepts.
Investigate New Technologies: Research and explore the latest technologies to integrate into our solutions.
Design and Implement Solutions: Create services that leverage state-of-the-art technologies and systems, focusing on data modeling.

Your profile
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and platforms.
Experience with high and low-level integrations with various systems and technologies.
Proficient in relational databases and data modelling applications.
Understanding of common software architecture patterns.
Experience with C# & .NET; mobile app development and/or ML & AI experience is a plus.
Proficient in agile software development processes and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Good written and spoken English skills (at least B1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
A team player with excellent collaboration skills.

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.367,- Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
