Corporate Health & Safety Coordinator (f/m/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the global EHS (Environment Health & Safety) regulations
Providing practical and technical Safety expertise, advice, and solutions to local site management
Ensure safety incidents and/or accidents are properly investigated and recorded
Manage and participate in internal and external EHS audits and risk surveys (e.g. insurance audit) and supervise/coordinate the follow-up of the corresponding recommendations
Address and resolve safety issues from any source and audit
Supervise building and restructuring projects in regards to safety guidelines
Coordinate and perform the monthly Global Production Safety Board (GPSB) and Distribution Network Operations (DNO) reporting procedure
Support accident/near miss investigations
Ensure corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented
Develop EHS regulations and policies for the EHS guideline
Create and publish EHS information (campaigns, newsletters) and manage the EHS databases
Perform site safety audits and inspections at Triumph companies to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements (i.e. Safety Walks, Housekeeping, fire protection, PPE, machinery safety etc.)
Advise local management and EHS officers on safety-related topics (globally)
Supervise installation of smoke detection, emergency lights, and firefighting equipment globally.
Create evacuation concepts and support emergency response planning
Administrative tasks, correspondence, meeting minutes, creation of documentation, manuals, presentations, preparation of meetings
Your ideal profile:
Bachelor’s degree in quality, safety, and environment field
2-5 years of experience as a corporate and safety coordinator
Availability to travel internationally and nationally
Knowledge of building and fire protection standards and their application to planning and construction
Extensive experience in Environment, Health & Safety in a corporate function
Experience with international travel activities and projects (availability to travel for 20% of the time, nationally and internationally)
Good communication skills
