You’ll conduct the annual salary review and bonus planning process, consult countries in compensation questions and exception management, and support senior management compensation processes, making sure they follow our global C&B philosophy.
You’ll maintain our globally implemented compensation structure (global jobs, levelling/banding) by properly running processes of job evaluation, job pricing, and compensation benchmarking and making sure that if applicable the region under his responsibility is also following the EU Transparency Directive or any others that may apply.
2. You’ll participate in global compensation and benefits projects and deliver new C&B processes, as well as global C&B tools/platforms and frameworks. You’ll be the C&B expert for your respective regions and countries and advise your stakeholders whenever needed in local C&B projects. We need you to challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ideas and solutions in the C&B area that will support the compensation culture and philosophy that make our company special.

4. In this exciting role, you’ll act as an expert and main point of contact for HR and management for your respective regions in all compensation and benefits matters. To support stakeholders in different countries, you’ll perform compensation audits and train our HR colleagues in global compensation processes and tools. Key to success will be the right communication of our philosophies and structure that our compensation programs are based upon.
