Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement proactive and reactive supplier development projects with our global supplier base and assist their production plants in achieving our corporate quality targets.
* Oversee project management and project controlling for supplier development initiatives.
* Conduct regular on-site follow-ups of development programs at suppliers.
* Perform supplier audits (system, process, and manufacturing process audits).
* Collaborate closely with our teams in Austria, Mexico, and Asia.
* Support the Supplier Quality teams in onboarding new suppliers.
* Manage cross-departmental projects and interface with international locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A successfully completed technical training program (master craftsman, HTL, FH, university).
* Several years of professional experience in quality assurance of purchased parts and supplier development or international quality management project management.
* Familiarity with quality methods in the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.) and completed auditor training (preferably according to IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3) is an advantage.
* High affinity for technology, quality management, and project management.
* Intercultural competence; Business fluent English is a must, German desirable.
* Up to 50% willingness to travel internationally.
We Offer
You'll receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year, based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
