Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage in-line portfolio, overseeing key global and local projects to optimize and enrich the current portfolio.
2. Identify and implement opportunities for portfolio optimization.
3. Lead the New Launches process from initial interest identification through preparation and execution.
4. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of portfolio and launch strategies.
5. Align with local cross-functional teams, regional, and cluster stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
6. Demonstrate strong project management skills to drive initiatives to successful completion.
7. Exhibit strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills to foster collaboration and effective communication.
8. Work meticulously with details, business cases, scenarios, and forecasting to support decision-making.
9. Maintain both short-term and long-term oversight of portfolio and launch activities.
10. Stay knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical and generics industry to inform strategic decisions.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Proven experience in portfolio management and new product launches within the Pharmaceutical or Generics industry.
2. Strong project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion.
3. Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work meticulously with details, business cases, scenarios, and forecasting.
5. Strategic thinking with both short-term and long-term oversight capabilities.
6. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and generics industry.
7. Ability to align and coordinate with local, regional, and cluster stakeholders.
8. Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and enrichment.
9. Commitment to maintaining high standards of internal and regulatory compliance.
10. Fluent in German and English.

I n accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 64.023,54 /year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
