The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
We are looking for a Manager Visual Merchandising to lead the field team of Visual Merchandise Coordinators with dual-brand and multi-channel responsibility across Retail Full price, Wholesale and Franchise in PVH Region West. The role is responsible to plan and execute all in-season visual merchandising activities, projects and events in the regional team. Having an understanding for a performance-driven service function, the Manager Visual Merchandising promotes performance oriented management and acts as a brand ambassador for our brands with the consumer at heart of everything they do.
A day in the life of a Manager Visual Merchandising Austria & Switzerland (m/f/x):
1. You will lead and coach the VM Coordinators as a role model and ensure an empowerment and error culture cross departments based on company objectives
2. You will promote and execute a leadership style that comprises our values, our leadership behaviors and key aspects such as innovation, thinking out of the box, business and individual growth, empowerment and collaboration
3. You will supervise windows and instore navigation and space management based on our PVH guidelines and product strategy
4. You will train your VM Coordinators to ensure the optimal implementation of the guidelines
5. You will conduct season launch meetings on point-of-sales with key stakeholders to support the consumer centric strategy
6. You will finalize point-of-sale visit planner onsite/digital based on priority by channel and/or segmentation
7. You will identify and translate local potentials and execute potentials-learnings inside the local region
8. You will support planning of consumer activation scenarios at local point-of-sales and segmentation
9. You will ensure the best premium execution on all point of sales based on the local consumer behavior, train the coordinator team on our styling and brand identity and product strategy
10. You will plan and provide cross channel and stakeholder trainings and service for season launch specific visits
What do we need from you? You have:
11. A completed business studies, apprenticeship in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or a related field
12. Relevant work experience in Retail, E-Com or Omni-Channel departments
13. Deep Knowledge and insights into the fashion industry, market trends, future consumer behavior or e-commerce
14. A hands-on mentality and like to work with frequently changing tools and software’s to translate work resources into efficiency
15. The affinity for fashion trends, styling and translate looks into our brand identity
16. Fluent written and spoken English skills
