Responsibilities
* Design and development of aircraft systems and components
* System Safety Assessment and Failure Hazard Analyses
* Development and performance of tests (ground and flight tests); compilation of test plans and reports
* Preparation of Specifications and Interface Control Documents
* Support creation of all required production documents (drawings, manuals, manufacturing/acceptance tests procedures)
* Preparation of the required certification documentation (compliance demonstration, compliance summaries)
* Interfacing with other departments such as Structures, Electrics/Avionics and Flight Test; interfacing with subcontractors and witnessing of tests
Skills
* Master's degree in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
* 2-3 years of experience in CS-23 Environment
* Knowledge and experience in working with a 3D-CAD system (CATIA V5/3Dexperience preferred)
* Sound knowledge in aircraft powerplant systems and integration, such as fuel storage, fuel distribution, powerplant integration general, cooling, air intake, etc
* Professional skills in composition and administration of documents using standard office applications
* Good language skills in English and German
* Experience in CS 23 Certification projects – is an asset
* Pilot license is an asset

We offer a market-standard salary based on your professional and personal suitability. The legal minimum salary for this position according to the Austrian collective agreement is 61.701, - EUR gross/year (Master Level). Depending on your experience, we provide overpayment on this base salary.
