About this role:

Key responsibilities:
1. Provide operational leadership and guidance to team members

3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
5. Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and coordinating activities

7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and management
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
4. Experience with process improvement and change management
