Your Mission
As the head of our central quality department, you will coordinate international quality teams and ensure the maintenance, expansion, and shaping of our competitive advantage based on high-quality products.
* Maintain global market requirements through customer-oriented quality planning.
* Ensure reliability in products and processes through co-responsibility and co-design.
* Expand and control our ISO 13485-, ISO 9001- and FDA QS-Reg 820-certified quality management system.
* Prepare, support, and follow up on audits at global locations.
* Manage international quality projects, including digitalization of the Q area and expansion of the international Q reporting system.
* Lead CAPA teams and implement a continuous improvement program.
* Manage complaints and recalls with stakeholders.
* Analyze markets to optimize processes and harmonize existing processes.
* Establish high standards and best practices through training and workshops.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
* You have several years of experience in quality management in manufacturing and development companies.
* Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems is essential.
* A strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are necessary.
* Leadership experience, confidence, and assertiveness are required for this role.
* Gained international experience in various Asian cultures is an asset.
* Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly are essential for this position.
