We are looking for a dynamic operational reinforcement for our procurement team in the electronics sector. In this position, you will support the existing team and, after appropriate training, independently handle the operational procurement of specific product groups. Previous experience in technical purchasing is desirable.
Job Description
* Supporting the existing procurement team in all operational tasks
* Obtaining and comparing offers
* International procurement of electronic components based on predefined demand planning
* Processing order confirmations and monitoring delivery dates
* Handling complaints
* Communicating with internal interfaces and suppliers
* Creating, updating, and standardizing all procurement-relevant master data
* Implementing product changes in the system
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship in electronics or HTL) or commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, purchasing) with a strong technical affinity
* Experience in operational/technical purchasing is an advantage
* Very good MS Office skills
* Good English skills, both written and spoken
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Structured and independent way of working

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 2.700 to € 3.200.
