The main research topics of your thesis project include but are not limited to: Utilization of digital technologies to enable trustworthy circular economy solutions and Digital Product Passport (DPP) Investigate both centralized and decentralized DPP systems Develop secured data carriers for robust product passport applications Digital and API-based services for circular economy Explore dynamic data updates and audit trail mechanisms for DPPs Design data connectors for seamless integration with systems like Gaia-X and Tractus-X Data spaces & trust services Research scenarios involving multi-stakeholder dynamic data Enhance Asset Administration Shells and DPP metadata specifications Create and evaluate decentralized DPP service platforms Secured management of stakeholders and DPP nodes Innovate in decentralized authorization and credential management Develop smart data carriers and trust services for DPP nodes Start: 01.03.2025 (or later) Full-time employment: 38.5 hrs/week Duration: 3 years Profile We are looking for motivated students who bring a unique blend of expertise, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
