As a Program Buyer, you will be part of the project team driving series development for our Electrification products. Your key responsibilities include:
* Independent project responsibility for purchasing various technologies from offer phase to series production in complex global electrification projects.
* Supplier selection and nomination, supplier development, and purchasing-specific project controlling and reporting.
* Negotiation of costs and contracts, coordination and negotiation with vertical integration/joint ventures.
* Identification and systematic generation of synergies between customer projects.
* Initiation, support, and implementation of sourcing and process improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* High flexibility and solution orientation with good problem-solving skills.
* Excellent self-organization, time management, and communication skills.
* Completed technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, or business management with previous technical experience.
