About this Position
The Regional Finance Team is dedicated to managing Controlling, Accounting, Credit Management, Tax, Treasury and Project Management activities to ensure the effective execution of the Regional Finance Roadmap for Europe. The team plays a strategic role in driving financial performance by delivering accurate insights, ensuring compliance, and managing financial risks. Through collaboration and alignment with global, regional and local stakeholders, the team defines and implements initiatives to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and supports sustainable business growth across the region.
What you´ll do
* Steer, coordinate and execute finance specific projects in the area of Accounting/ Controlling/ Tax/ Treasury/ M&A/ Digitalization with team members and stakeholders across the region
* Drive conceptual changes, end-to-end optimization and implementation of best practices in Finance relevant concepts/processes/ tools
* Establish strong stakeholder management to global and regional roles in Finance and Business
* Ensure proper implementation and appropriate governance model for the respective projects
* Drive digital transformation with your skills and ideas
* Manage change and help finance teams and other business partners understand and apply new processes, ensuring they fit into day-to-day operations
* Ensure that project deliverables are in line with corporate finance standards and regulatory requirements
What makes you a good fit
* University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling
* Strong analytical skills, business acumen and sound understanding of financial statements and processes
* Skilled in SAP (R3/S4) and experience in M&A projects
* Able to conceptualize, organize, coordinate and execute topics
* Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
* Experience in workflow automation
* Able to build strong relationships, lead, and influence others to accomplish objectives.
