About the Role
A leading medical technology company is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive sales and business development in Northern Germany. This role focuses on representing a market-leading portfolio of endovascular and aortic products, working closely with surgeons, interventional radiologists, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the endovascular/aortic product line.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and hospital procurement teams.
* Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training for healthcare professionals.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned region.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer support.
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales experience in medical devices, ideally within the endovascular or aortic field.
* Strong knowledge of vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or related specialties.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Germany.
* Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
