Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an operative and strategic Technical Training Coordinator to organize, manage, and deliver training programs for different personas. This role involves planning, resource management, and continuous improvement of the required training infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training coordination, training delivery, customer care, and process optimization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training coordination, delivery, and resource management
2. Event and (virtual) meeting organization, preparation, and post-processing
3. Internal and external customer care
4. Global collaboration and support beyond team boundaries
5. Process improvement and documentation
6. Utilization of IT Tools and Systems (SharePoint, LMS, etc.)
7. Website, marketing, and promotion for training products and services
Qualifications for the role
1. Preferred: Completed studies in the field of Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
2. Proven experience in training coordination and customer service.
3. Additional certifications in training or instructional design are an advantage.
4. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in using IT tools such as SharePoint, SAP, M365, and LMS systems.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and strategic mindset.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of € 3.251,09 - € 3.665,31 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
