Senior Expert eMotion CPO Development (all genders)
* Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the entire charging network in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Propose new sites and optimize or terminate existing contracts for charging infrastructure deployment. Support the identification of potential tenders and prepare necessary documentation and bids, including site analysis.
* Plan and coordinate layouts in alignment with the sales department and technical asset management, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Manage approval processes, including building permits and other legal requirements, and ensure grid connectivity through regular contact with distribution system operators.
* Coordinate supplier tenders and manage the procurement process for site development and construction, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
* Oversee the execution of projects, including budget management and the development of business cases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Supervise the onsite construction process, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and meet quality standards, while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment guidelines.
* Track project progress against metrics and objectives, making necessary adjustments to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
* Lead the multidisciplinary project team and coordinate with engineering firms to ensure profitability, compliance, and technical reliability.
* Increase kWh sales through competitor analyses and the implementation of technical and economic optimization measures.
Your profile
* You have a Master Degree in Technical field - civil, electrical or economics.
* You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proven ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Broad knowledge in identifying and implementing necessary organizational structures and processes for project execution.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage commercial contracts across various domains and understanding of financial principles and controlling practices to manage project budgets effectively.
* Business fluency in German and at least very good proficiency in English.
