Key Responsibilities of the OSHC Coordinator
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences for school-aged children.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and developmental stages.
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
