Regional Human Resources Manager Role and Responsibilities
You will contribute to shaping a positive employee culture, developing and implementing the regional HR strategy aligned with business goals and building and maintaining a strong local and regional employer brand in Burgess Hill (West Sussex) or Vienna, Austria.
The role provides HR leadership and strategic partnership to the Vice President EMEAA, Business Aviation and Helicopter Aviation Training and their teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of HR professionals.
* Create trust and influence leaders and colleagues to accept recommendations and programs.
* Develop and deploy the HR strategy for the region, including execution of the global HR mandate that drives business results through people.
* Assess current talent and anticipate future talent needs, organizational design, performance management, and sourcing strategies.
* Review HR processes and policies regarding current legislation, business needs, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager with strong leadership skills.
* Strong knowledge and experience in country-specific employment law and HR practices in the UK and Austria.
* Past experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
* University Degree in Human Resources or Management, preferably.
