Responsibilities
* Defining vision & strategy of the product development & life cycle (roadmap)
* Responsibility for user/customer requirements
* Prioritizing backlog (in Azure DevOps)
* Budget and capacity planning
* Collaboration with the global HR-team, other key roles, and IT Management
Qualifications
* Interest/First work experience in digitalization of processes and/or years of business experience in a strategic support function, both preferably in HR
* Experienced and interested in working in an agile organization and an international environment
* High personal initiative, goal and result orientation, and a holistic view on trends and requirements
* Strong communication skills in German and English, self-organized and pro-active team player
* Knowledge of payroll is a plus
