You'll be part of an international and interdisciplinary team.
* You'll support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy.
* You'll work on projects across the seafood value chain.
* You'll ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals.
* You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance).
* You'll build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers.
* You'll work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain.
* You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production.
* You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes.
* You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial).
* You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities.
* Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile.
* You are confident in using Excel.
* You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity.
* You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills.
* You are business fluent in English.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
Place of work
