Community Manager (Aged Care)
Redstone have partnered with a local community provider to source an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will lead a team of staff whilst maintaining quality standards and working towards expansion.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of high functioning staff
* Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
* Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
* Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
* Conduct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the Community Aged Care industry in a management position
* Current AHPRA - DIV 1 - No restrictions
* Strong management skills required
* Accreditation experience required
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
* In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
