Responsibilities
* Develop a consistent brand communication, applying the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute of Marketing Science model, shaping the future of RBI’s brand internally and externally.
* Develop groupwide marketing campaigns for 12 CEE markets as well as Austria, including brand awareness campaigns, product campaigns, and performance campaigns, which shall all consistently comply with Brand Guidelines and Marketing Communication Platform across all markets and channels.
* Ensure high creative quality on deliveries of external suppliers working on outsourced projects, which could include creative agencies, freelancers, printers, or consultants.
* Work mostly in English in the international Brand & Content Marketing team, within RBI’s Group Marketing Division, ensuring good relationships across teams.
* Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group to ensure project success for both B2C and B2B target groups.
Your core competencies
* At least 3 years of related work experience preferably in a creative agency, having worked on international 360° campaigns, branded communication, and brand identity, ensuring a consistent implementation of brand guidelines.
* Master in Adobe CC, Figma, and other software related to design.
* Other than being able to design and art direct, you bring at least one more expertise related to the role, such as 3D modeling capabilities, illustration capabilities, or motion design capabilities.
* Ability to plan and organize projects from concepting until delivery.
* Strive for creative excellence, have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, empower others to do the same, and have proven capability to work in an agile fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English and German to communicate clearly and objectively.
Nice to have
* Experience in campaign production.
* Completed higher education at least at Bachelor level.
Requirements for application
* Portfolio with: at least 1 creative campaign design highlighting your role on the project, 1 3D modeling, motion or illustration example showcasing your specific technical expertise, 1 project focusing on branding, 1 case study explaining your role in a project as an art director.
* Your confirmation that you can work and speak fluently in both English and German.
