Customer Technical Service Manager
Ensure uninterrupted and efficient filling process, continuous improvement of the filling line performance and increased customer stickiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit assigned customers for project follow-up, new developments, claims or complaint review
* Provide technical advisory on operations related to cans and ends performance in the filling line, warehouse handling or transport
* Promote filling line audits and other tailored services as per Value Added services catalog
* Plan, agree and execute projects and developments together with CTS central project manager and the customer
* Contribute to complaint handling process (investigation and technical settlement with the customer)
* Promote continuous improvement at the customer and internally
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in technical sciences or engineering
* At least 5 years of similar experience within an international company and environment
* Fluent in German and English
* Problem-solving, people relations and organizational skills
