Service Sales Manager, 80-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
You are responsible for any sales activities related to our Service Contracts and are the primary driver of business growth.
You are building and expanding relationships with current and potential customers.
You take part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, user meetings and work closely with our international Sales and Operations network.
You conduct in-depth market analysis and structure customer data in CRM & ERP systems to identify leads.
You identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling our existing customers.
You contribute to the development of our Service Strategy.
What are we looking for?
You have completed technical or commercial education or bring relevant experience in sales.
You like to deal with customers enriched with your good communication, organization, and presentation skills.
You are willing to travel up to 25% for work.
You like to work with modern IT tools like e.g. MS Dynamics CRM, PowerBI, Webex, Confluence, etc.
Persuasiveness, negotiation, implementation, and closing strength complement your profile.
You are business fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus.
