In this position, you will work as part of our FaaS and API Gateway service team and be responsible for further development of parts of the service stack. The services you will be working on consist of multiple distributed components, implemented in Python and Go, and heavily utilize AMQP 1.0 based on Qpid Proton. In this role, you will support your team not only in implementing new features and extensions, but also participate in open source developments and actively contribute to architectural decisions.

* Completed technical education (HTL, university, FH) or equivalent education with relevant work experience
* Experience with the programming languages Go and/or Python
* Willingness to learn and passion for new technologies and frameworks
* Knowledge of GNU/Linux and interest in the functionality of Kernel Control Groups and Namespaces
* Understanding of the interaction between operating system, system services, and network
* Knowledge of C is advantageous
* Systematic and analytical thinking as well as solution-oriented, independent work
* Good German and English language skills
