About the Role
This 12-month contract offers an opportunity for a true HR generalist to make an impact. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work alongside engaged and empowering leaders in a role that blends strategic initiatives with hands-on operational HR.
You will be joining a high-performing HR team that values transparency and collaboration and is responsible for the below responsibilities:
* Leading and executing HR strategy for a business unit of approximately 300 employees.
* Managing annual rewards and performance reviews.
* Driving recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.
* Overseeing change management across ongoing acquisitions and business transformation.
* Handling employee relations matters with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
About You
You are a hands-on HRBP with at least 2–3 years of experience at the business partner level. You hold strong relationship management skills and an analytical mindset, and have successfully supported businesses through M&A activity and transformation.
Must Haves
* Immediate availability.
* Degree qualified in HR or a relevant field.
* Strong technical capability, including proficiency in Excel.
* Minimum 2–3 years' HRBP experience, ideally in a multinational corporation.
