Regional Service Line Manager, Sedimentation
The Sedimentation RSLM provides leadership across business functions to drive market demand, bookings, and profit margins for thickening and filtration products and services. This position reports through our EMEA regional product group and will enhance market performance (order intake, contribution margin, quality, claims, customer support and feedback) by using industry knowledge to make decisions that develop and maintain customer relationships.
RSLM responsibilities
1. Lead a process of Service and Sales cases for sedimentation products.
2. Visit customer sites to optimize equipment performance, fix current issues
3. Improve regional market performance (order intake, margin, proposals, quality, claims, customer feedback) and respond to all aspects of product(s) lifecycle
4. Regional product owner with responsibility to promote product or solution offerings internally and externally.
5. Actively support sales in proposing and selling products including making compelling product presentations that differentiate FLSmidth in the market.
6. Launch new product offerings in the region with an ownership for training regional resources.
7. Assist in developing sales tools such as presentations, brochures, technical data, and catalogs.
8. Maintain current industry and product expertise with a strategic vision of the market.
9. Research externally and partner internally to monitor product competition and differentiation
10. Utilize CRM and other systems to collaborate with the sales team in tracking opportunities.
11. Establish regional product and service strategies that are aligned with the global strategy.
