To strengthen our Human Resources Team, we are looking for an HRIS Specialist who is motivated to work with our experts and managers in the global HRIS Team. You’ll act as an interface between HR and the IT department, developing processes and solutions based on the most advanced technologies.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS
In this role, you’ll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools in your area of responsibility under the coordination of your manager.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
You’ll also act as the first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. You'll ensure incidents coordination and resolution, in collaboration with the IT department.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
On the other hand, you’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests, according to Red Bull methodology and standards.
DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING
Last but not least, you’ll maintain tool and process documentation. You’ll also provide on-demand training for HRIS and HR colleagues.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
2. Knowledge and professional experience on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system.
3. University degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on IT, HR, or any related topics.
4. Experience in project management and application maintenance for organizations, ideally with regional or international scope.
5. Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
6. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
