An excellent Full Time - Permanent opportunity exists for a Parts Manager to lead our dynamic Off Highway Parts team based at Hazelmere.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Achieve and exceed annual financial operating targets for revenue, gross margin, and expenses primarily focused on the Perth Parts Off-Highway market.
* Manage the branch Part's Inventory within the budgeted funds, ensuring adequate and appropriate inventory supplies while reducing and eliminating slow-moving stock.
* Enhance the customer experience and value offered with efficient and timely supply of parts.
* Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality, and Productivity for the Parts Team.
* Develop the Parts Team to enhance the personal development of employees, achieving consistent and effective service delivery and overall quality customer service.
About You:
* Qualifications in Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent Management experience in an industrial environment.
* At least 3 years' managerial experience in an Industrial/Service environment.
* Demonstrated ability in successfully managing, developing, and motivating a workforce.
* Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
* Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.
* Experience in managing Budgets (Capital and Revenue).
* Ability to conduct formal presentations to dealers, clients, and Management Teams.
