We’re currently seeking a talented Team Lead (Squad Lead) for digital projects (f/m/d), fluent in German and English, to lead our fantastic "Cool Mice" Squad based in Vienna. At Grassfish, we’re growing fast, and one of our Squad Leaders will be on maternity leave starting End of March 2025. We’re seeking a successor to take on this key role, with the offer of an unlimited contract for the successful candidate, as we continue to expand.
Tasks
* Project Management: Leading projects using agile practices and prioritising tasks within the Squad team.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the interface between stakeholders, including communication with other teams and reporting to management. You will also support Jessica, our Head of Consulting DACH, in client meetings and collaborate with her and other Squad Leads globally to continuously improve consulting processes.
* Concept Development: Developing innovative concepts and solutions for brands across various industries, with a clear focus on fostering long-term customer loyalty and driving digital transformation, particularly in the Digital-in-Store domain.
* Support and Consultancy: Collaborating with the team to solve complex challenges, implementing product visions, and driving ongoing projects forward. You enjoy proactively advising the sales team within the squad budget framework and supporting them in developing customer-centric strategies.
* Optimisation and Improvement: Enhancing workflows and refining existing processes.
* Team Leadership and Coaching: Leading your committed "Cool Mice" team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You take responsibility for resource planning, the continuous development, and motivation of your team members, and ensuring they can perform at their best.
* Budget Responsibility: Preparing project estimates, managing cost allocations, and providing proactive guidance to ensure projects stay on budget.
Requirements

* You have several years of professional working experience within project management in product marketing, marketing, retail or user experience management in a fast-paced, global company.
* If you already worked for a SaaS firm, that would be a huge plus.
* Familiarity with digital transformation processes and experience in Digital-in-Store solutions is highly desirable.
* A passion for understanding customer needs and challenges in detail, combined with strong technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
* You have already demonstrated success in leading and motivating diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration or want to start leading a team and have the necessary theoretical background knowledge.
* You are well-versed in using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between stakeholders.
* You have strong organisational and time-management skills, possessing the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is essential.

* Moved from the USA to London to explore the vast currents in Workplace Experience and Operations Management, particularly in the seas of Big Tech, FinTech, and Real Estate.
* Last year, she navigated her way linguistically from A1 to C1 in German and successfully completed her dual master’s degrees in System Dynamics (MSc) and Classical History (MA).
* She loves delving into culinary waters, spending time with her two Labradors, Nala and Max, and recharging her energy through yoga.
The minimum annual salary (based on the Austrian collective agreement) amounts to €4.000,- gross per month on a full-time basis. The actual salary on offer can be higher and is aligned to professional experience and qualification.
