Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations are running effectively.
This role is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand awareness to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Business Understanding: Understand business operations and make informed decisions to drive store performance.
3. Proactive Thinking: Anticipate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and visual displays.
5. Register/Point of Sales use: Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and maintain a high level of proficiency.
6. Asset Protection: Protect company assets and prevent loss through effective inventory management and security procedures.
7. Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays that meet company standards.
8. System Skills: Develop and utilize system skills to improve store operations and customer experience.
Work Schedule Requirements:
The schedule will vary weekly, with a minimum requirement of 20-25 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays, is required. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
What It Takes:
* Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
* Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.

The starting salary for this position is 30,000 Euros gross/year. The starting salary can be adjusted in the future.
