A leading European additive manufacturer and distributor are looking for a Technical Sales Manager for the Performance Fluids business. This individual will join an International team, and be responsible for Germany.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing customers, suppliers, and markets, as well as providing technical advice to provide the best solutions to customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently expand the business through application-related and commercial customer consulting
* Present products and their functions in industry- and customer-specific applications, providing processing advice
* Handle customer inquiries, conduct price and contract negotiations, and prepare offer
* Manage monthly reporting and annual budget planning for your customer base
* Take responsibility for sales and results, including major customers in Germany
Requirements:
* Several years of experience in performance fluid e.g. lubricants or fuels
* Expertise in customer consulting to identify specific needs and trends
* Strong communication skills and an open-minded, hands-on mentality
* Structured and highly independent way of working
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel extensively, with time flexibility and a Class B driving license
