HOPE CIRCLE is a registered NDIS provider founded by individuals with extensive knowledge of NDIS support services, particularly for participants with complex needs. Committed to delivering high-quality services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Adelaide metropolitan region.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand HOPE CIRCLE's reach and impact in Adelaide. This role involves building relationships, identifying business opportunities, promoting our services to potential clients, stakeholders, and the wider community, and managing client relationships in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the COO to manage existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of service is maintained and identifying opportunities for additional support and services.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the Adelaide metropolitan region.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals to build a new client base and enhance client retention.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, forging strong partnerships to increase the client base.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OPA, correction services, mental health institutes, hospitals, community organizations, and support coordinators.
* Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to raise awareness of HOPE CIRCLE's services.
* Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of HOPE CIRCLE.
* Budget Management: Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and manage budgets for business development and client management activities.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, outcomes, and client management issues to the Founder Member.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in social services, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development and client management within the NDIS sector.
* Familiarity with NDIS policies, procedures, and funding models.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Previous experience supporting forensic clients (highly regarded).
* Experience working with Indigenous clients and communities (highly regarded).

* Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, especially in conjunction with the COO for client management.
