A rare opportunity has come up to join the KESAB team in a key senior position – Environmental Services Manager. The role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading KESAB’s team of sustainability educators and waste auditors to successfully deliver their highly regarded education programs and resource recovery projects.
The successful candidate will be an experienced project and team manager and excel at developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and industry partners. You will be a problem solver and strategic thinker, be flexible, approachable and collaborative.
The role – duties include but are not limited to:
* Management and development of a team
* Project and budget management
* Stakeholder and client relationships management
* Business development and preparation of business proposals
* Strategic planning
Skills, qualifications and attributes required:
* Relevant tertiary degree with background in climate, science or project management
* Experience in education, waste industry and/or local Government
* Project management, budgets and contracts management experience
* Previous leadership role – minimum 2 years
* Proven ability to engage and motivate a team
* Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
