Job Description:
We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.
We have leveraged our expertise and capabilities both to commercialize three vaccines, including the world’s first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease, Shigella and Zika.
Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a motivated and people-driven (Junior) HR Specialist Learning & Culture (m/f/d) to join our team in Vienna.
In this role, you will be at the heart of shaping our global learning and culture strategy, driving key initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and growth-oriented work environment. Your contributions will directly enhance employee development, engagement and satisfaction across our global teams. Your key responsibilities include:
* Driving and implementing key global people development processes and tools
* Planning and executing cultural programs and activities that bring our values to life
* Organizing and leading global employee engagement projects, ensuring a thriving company culture
* Developing and delivering impactful training programs, including instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning modules (via LinkedIn Learning)
* Identifying and assessing organizational training needs to continuously enhance learning opportunities
* Evaluating and optimizing training programs for maximum impact and improvement
* Supporting other global People & Organization initiatives as needed
Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in People Development, Talent Management or Culture L&D
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field
* Passionate about company culture, with experience in fostering and strengthening workplace culture
* Familiar with HR/People Development processes and best practices
* Fluent in English (oral and written), German is a plus
* Positive mindset and eager to learn, bringing enthusiasm to every challenge
* Experience in working in an international environment and cross-cultural team
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital learning tools
* Proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve processes
