Your role
You will support the local communications manager at Allianz Partners Austria & South East Europe in internal and external communications and sustainability communications projects. You will be part of our global community, having the chance to collect working experience in cross-functional and cross-country projects.
Your Responsibilities
1. Text and visual editing of web presence and intranet
2. Research and content creation for internal formats & campaigns
3. Support organisation of communications & sustainability projects e.g. employee volunteering days
4. Create & update presentations, mainly in PowerPoint
5. Support internal campaigns
Your Qualifications
1. Willingness to learn
2. Good communication skills (especially written) - perfect German and fluency in English are a precondition
3. Strong IT skills
4. AEM skills highly preferred
5. Ideally some video formatting skills
6. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge necessary
7. A sense for photo/picture editing is a big plus
8. Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude and team spirit
You will be able to choose between 20-30 hours a week, with a gross monthly salary calculated on a full-time basis of 2,492.40€. #J-18808-Ljbffr
