ABOUT THE JOB
This is an exciting opportunity to join an early stage Talent Acquisition function at a Series B SaaS start-up where you can have a visible impact. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will:
* Take ownership of the entire Talent Acquisition process, from developing sourcing strategies to managing the candidate journey, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
* Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making and advise on recruitment strategies.
* Lead initiatives to hire top-tier sales professionals across Europe, leveraging proven expertise in this field.
* Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including market mapping, employer branding, and process optimisation.
* Shape the Talent Acquisition function with your senior-level expertise and contribute to the long-term vision of the team.
* Support cross-functional HR initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity projects, and employee experience, based on your interests and skills.
ABOUT YOU
Must-haves:
* Extensive, proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, with proven success hiring for go-to-market-functions (particularly sales) professionals across Europe.
* Some Tech/SaaS industry experience is essential - minimum 2 years.
* Expertise in sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, market mapping, and recruitment focused marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with ATS systems is essential.
* Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
* Ability to take ownership of processes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Deep knowledge of the go-to-market talent landscapes across Europe, with a focus on Austria, Germany, France and The UK.
* Proactive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive, with a passion for applying a diversity lens to hiring practices.
* A valid work permit for Austria.
* Previous exposure to data-driven recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Pipeline Analytics, sourcing extensions etc.
* Agency experience in addition to vendor side recruitment is a bonus.
