With unwavering dedication for workplace experience, we ignite engagement, empower innovation, foster meaningful connections, and create moments that matter.As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team with 650 (constantly growing) colleagues assigned to 4 office locations. You will closely cooperate with the global Workplace Experience team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Event Organization: Tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.Future Way of Work Concept: Work on continuous improvement of our office space planning and act as a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships and building social engagements.Close Cooperation with Finance Team: Manage Travel Management tools, Expenses, and preparatory invoicing.Local Office Support: Oversee visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite Facility services quality assurance.Purchase Management: Collaborate closely with our Procurement team.Employee Benefits: Ensure alignment and improvement of our Employee Benefits and manage administration with our People Operations Team.Support and Advice: Assist the team with everyday tasks.People & CultureServe as a Dynatrace Culture Ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.Onboarding of New Employees: Conduct Team Onboarding presentations and office tours to create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members.Promote New Global Initiatives: Collaborate with the Internal Communication Team to establish a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes.Demonstrate eagerness for process improvement in cooperation with a dynamic global People & Culture team for 600 team members and local site leaders.What Will Help You SucceedPrevious experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company.Readiness and willingness to take over new responsibilities and improve processes.Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.Strongly developed sense of business needs and goals.Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization.Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking.Fluent German and English skills are a must-have.A driving license and car are needed due to multi-site responsibility.Compensation and RewardsWe offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment.
