Overview
The role of the TA Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support NSC’s company growth and success. Partnering with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
This is a key role that requires a proactive and results-driven approach, representing NSC both internally and externally at all levels.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute full life cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for NSC.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
5. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
7. Utilize applicant tracking systems - ICIMS and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor hiring strategies.
9. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values through recruitment marketing.
10. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment programs.
11. Generate data reports on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
12. Provide data-driven insights to hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies.
13. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability using data insights.
14. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all recruitment reporting and ICIMS.
15. Create and present monthly and quarterly recruitment dashboards for your business areas.
Qualifications
1. Educated to degree level or proven recruitment experience.
2. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Agency and In-House recruitment, preferably gained in a professional services / IT environment.
3. Native German speaker, fluent in English.
4. Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., web & social media sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching).
5. Experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process.
6. Experience in behavioral / competency-based interviewing.
7. Experience in the use of recruitment databases; knowledge of ICIMS would be advantageous.
8. Experience and interest in Social Media Recruitment and usage of new technologies.
9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
10. Awareness of employment legislation within Germany.
11. Ability to work to and meet demanding deadlines.
12. Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Ability to manage changing situations.
15. Ability to pick things up quickly.
16. Ability to be assertive with members of staff when necessary.
