Join Our Team as a Contract, Claims & Change Manager

We are looking for a Contract, Claims & Change Manager to play a key role in managing legal and commercial aspects of high-profile projects. In this role, you will collaborate with legal experts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution, risk mitigation, and compliance with public procurement laws. Your responsibilities:
* Contact person in all contractual topics within a project together with the Project Manager
* Negotiating contracts concerning the legal aspects together with the Legal Counsel and the Project Manager
* Supporting the Project Manager in project-related legal topics together with the Legal Counsel
* Ensuring project compliance with the legal and commercial aspects of the tender and bid documentation, including supporting documents and records
* Consulting with the legal department on national and international laws, regulations and directives
* Drafting formal responses to customer communication on behalf of the Project Manager
* Handling of change requests and claims
* Identifying, defining, analyzing and evaluating potential claims together with the Project Manager and the Legal Counsel
Your Profile:
* Experience in contract, change and claim management
* At least 3 years of experience in public procurement law and contract law
* Knowledge of tolling and fee collection legislation, initiatives and regulations preferable
* At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, establishment and execution of contracts in a technical environment
