Key Tasks
* Market development and introduction of innovative developments in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) market
* Creating and analysing business cases and carrying out economic planning
* Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
* Establishing and managing internal and external stakeholders
* Leading meetings (also virtual) and strategic decisions to strengthen the market position
* Acquiring and applying knowledge in the area of Future Communication Infrastructure (FCI)
Key Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience in business development or sales of complex technical products
* Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM)
* Experience in Future Communications Infrastructure (FCI), Air/Ground Data Link Networks and Data Link Technologies desirable
* Passion for customer interaction and strong negotiation skills
* Extroverted and open personality, with a good dose of perseverance
* Very good written and spoken knowledge of English; other language skills are a plus
* Willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 53,330 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
